Forbes is located on the Lachlan River, 387 kms west of Sydney. BIG4 Forbes Lachlan View Holiday Park is 500 metres south of the Forbes hospital on the Cowra/Grenfell Highway and 5 minutes south of the town centre. Forbes is famous for its connections with the bushranger Ben Hall during the gold rush in the late 1800's. Forbes has some fine parks and gardens associated with a large lagoon known as Lake Forbes which bisects the town.

Choice of our deluxe 2 bedroom villas through to our budget style cabin/lodges. The cabin accommodation consists of three 4 star villas, four 3 star bungalows, three 3 star ensuite cabins and three 2½ star lodges.
All air-conditioned, heated, colour TV, electric blankets, linen supplied to some cabins. Shady drive-through powered sites, ensuite sites and camp sites. TV connection at powered sites.
